Whistleblower Channel
The Whistleblower Channel is a means provided by Almacenes Siderometalúrgicos SA to facilitate swift and confidential communication — anonymously if desired — of any irregularities that may constitute regulatory breaches as established by Law 2/2023 on Whistleblower Protection.
Almacenes Siderometalúrgicos SA makes this Channel available as part of its internal information system, which is essential for regulatory compliance and, therefore, an active part of our continuous improvement as a Group.
Reports submitted through this channel should concern acts or behaviors, whether current or past, related to the scope of application of general regulations. The channel is available to directors, employees, interns, temporary agency workers, agents, intermediaries, collaborators, prescribers, suppliers and persons working for or under their supervision, shareholders, former employees (whose employment relationship has ended), and job candidates.
Please note that this Channel is not the appropriate means for customer complaints.
In order to strengthen the independence, objectivity, and guarantees offered by the Whistleblower Channel, the complaint management process is partially outsourced to an external expert, Sesame HR, which reinforces the objectivity and proper handling of all reports received.
Complaints are handled through a rigorous, transparent, and objective procedure, always safeguarding the confidentiality of the individuals involved.
The system is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from any device and through the following access channel:

At the request of the interested party, reports may also be submitted through an in-person meeting, which must be arranged by submitting a request through the communication channel mentioned above.
Without prejudice to the access channel detailed above, the interested party may also contact the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority.
